Support hours We handle questions and coordination every day from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., Dominican Republic time (AST). Deliveries outside these hours depend on availability and must be arranged before you travel. Active-reservation assistance is prioritized through WhatsApp. Before contacting us Have your pickup and return dates, selected location, flight number, airline, and any extras you want to add ready. If your flight is delayed or cancelled, tell us as soon as the airline publishes the change. Do not share full card details through WhatsApp; guarantee or deposit details are handled through the process explained when the vehicle is delivered.
