HOW IT WORKS 1. Search for your trip Enter your pickup and return date and time. You can search by the Santo Domingo branch or by Las Américas International Airport (SDQ). The system shows the vehicles available for that period and calculates the rate in USD. 2. Choose your vehicle Compare the Economy, SUV, and Premium categories. Review the photos, passenger and luggage capacity, transmission, fuel type, and mileage conditions for each vehicle. The availability you see is based on the dates you selected. 3. Add the extras you need You can add a portable GPS for USD 6 per day, a child seat for USD 8 per day, additional coverage for USD 18 per day, or an additional driver for USD 12 per rental. The 18% ITBIS tax is calculated on the rental and extras, and the total is updated before you confirm. 4. Reserve your vehicle Enter your name, email, phone number, and any arrival details you already know. Your request starts with a temporary 15-minute hold so you have time to review the total. The minimum rental is one day. In this demonstration, payment is made when you receive the vehicle; no online charge is made when you submit the request. 5. Pick up at the airport When you arrive at SDQ, go to the meeting point shown in your confirmation or message us on WhatsApp. Have your identity document, valid driver’s license, and a card in the primary driver’s name ready for the applicable guarantee or deposit. We will inspect the vehicle with you and record its condition before departure. 6. Enjoy your trip and return the car Use the vehicle within the agreed conditions and tell us as soon as possible if you need to change the return time. Return it at the confirmed location and time, with the fuel level required by the stated policy and with all personal belongings removed. We will complete a return inspection and close the rental after checking the vehicle’s condition. Before you travel Keep your reservation access code and confirmation email. If your flight changes, is delayed, or is cancelled, contact us through WhatsApp as soon as possible so we can coordinate delivery.
